Terms and Conditions of Sale – KazebyTomoko

1. About the Boutique

KazebyTomoko is an online artisanal boutique offering handmade creations inspired by origami paper and traditional Japanese textiles.
Each product is crafted with care in small quantities and may show slight variations due to its handmade nature.


2. Products

Photographs and product descriptions are as accurate as possible but are non-contractual.
Each piece is either unique or produced in limited series.


3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and are tax-free.
KazebyTomoko operates as a micro-business based in Portugal and is exempt from VAT under the simplified tax regime (Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code – CIVA).
Shipping fees, where applicable, are added during checkout based on the delivery zone.


4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:
– Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
– Multibanco (for residents of Portugal)
– Google Pay (GPay)
– Link (secure express checkout)

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.


5. Shipping

Two delivery methods are currently available:
– In-person pickup by appointment in Lisbon (Portugal)
– Standard postal delivery (Portugal, Europe, International)

Shipping times are indicative and typically range from 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
KazebyTomoko cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen external events, and such delays do not entitle the buyer to a refund.


6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, buyers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the goods, except for custom or personalized items.
To exercise this right, the buyer must contact KazebyTomoko via email: contact@kazebytomoko.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Personal Data

KazebyTomoko only collects the data strictly necessary to process and deliver orders.
No personal data is shared or sold to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement can be reached, the matter may be referred to the competent courts in Portugal.
